We dig strip and trench-fill footings for extensions, garages and new homes, and pads and ground beams where the engineer's design calls for them.
We're on site for the building control inspection, and the concrete goes in as soon as the footings are signed off.

Drainage
New foul and surface water drains, soakaways and manholes, laid to falls and tested before we backfill.
We also make new connections to the main sewer, and deal with the water company on the paperwork.

Slabs and bases
Ground-bearing and reinforced slabs for extensions, garages, workshops and small units, with the membrane, insulation and steel the design asks for.

Driveways and hardstanding
We dig out, lay and compact the sub-base, and set the kerbs and edgings, ready for block paving, tarmac or resin.
Every driveway is laid to a fall, with somewhere for the water to go.

Site clearance
Scrub, old slabs and spoil cleared, the site levelled, and the muck taken away, so the builders start on a clean, level site.

Trenches and ducts for new water, electricity and data supplies, dug to the depths the utility companies ask for, then backfilled and made good once the supply is in.
